- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks. You should get about 2-3 steaks from the center of the cauliflower head.
- Make the Miso Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
